Different sizes of pouches are available. Unlike reels, pouches do not require pre-cutting, that significantly reduces packaging time. A thermoseal machine is required to seal the pouches.
Self-sealing pouches are particularly useful for hospitals that do not have thermoseal machines.
The pouches are made of tear-resistant multilayer laminated film(a combination of polyester and polypropylene) and medical paper. The materials used in the production of pouches comply with the international standards EN 868-1&5, ISO-11607.
